1. Purpose
The 100 Club is a fundraising initiative for Court Moor School. It raises money by selling numbered tickets that are entered into a monthly prize draw.
2. Entry and Eligibility
The 100 Club is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
Each ticket costs £2 per month, payable annually in advance (£24 per ticket per year).
Participants may buy multiple tickets (e.g. 2 tickets = £48/year).
Entries must be received and paid in full by 20th October 2025 to be included in all 12 monthly draws (October to September).
3. The Draw
One draw will take place each month from October to September.
Each draw will have one winning ticket.
The winner will receive 50% of that month’s total pot.
The remaining 50% will be donated to Court Moor School to support school projects.
The draw will be conducted fairly and at random using a automated and computerised number generator, with results automatically recorded in a digital log. These will be confirmed by a designated organiser or committee member.
4. Prizes
The monthly prize amount will vary depending on the number of tickets sold.
Example: If 100 tickets are sold, the monthly prize will be £100.
Winners will be notified directly and only at this time, asked for payment details to transfer their winnings.
If permission has been granted in the application, the winner's details - in the format FIRST NAME, SURNAME INITIAL (e.g. Joe, B) may be published in school communications.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full for the full 12-month period before the first draw.
No refunds will be given once payment has been received and tickets allocated.
6. Responsibilities
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that contact details are up to date.
Court Moor School and its representatives will not be liable for any delays, losses, or errors due to incorrect information or failed payments.
7. Data Protection
Personal details will be kept securely and used only for the purposes of administering the 100 Club and contacting winners.
Bank details will only be requested on a win - they will not be held on record.
Information will not be shared with third parties.
8. Governing Rules
The 100 Club is a private lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and is only open to members/supporters of Court Moor School.
The organiser reserves the right to amend the rules or close the 100 Club at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
